Sand Washer

Sand washers are used for washing and cleaning materials in mineral processing and aggregate production lines. The machine consists of a dewatering tank and a spiral screw conveyor that mixes incoming materials with water. As the mixture settles, coarse particles are lifted out by the spiral while clean water and fines overflow the tank.
